Help without the trip.

Remote support is planned for computers that start normally and have a working internet connection.

Remote sessions are not open for booking yet.
Availability will be confirmed after the support connection has been tested.

You stay in control.

Once available, remote support will be by appointment after your request and price are approved. Only open a support tool when instructed during your agreed session. You approve the connection and can end it at any time.

Planned pricing

$69 for up to the first 45 minutes of diagnosis and support. Additional time requires approval at $30 per 30-minute block.

Before a session

Have the affected computer powered on and connected to the internet.
Keep a current backup of important files.
Close private documents and unrelated applications.
Never send your passwords or payment-card details.

Offline or nonbooting devices may need onsite help.
